What we test

AMH

Anti-Mullerian Hormone. The most precise marker of available ovarian reserve.

FSH

Assesses pituitary function and ovarian response. Elevated levels may indicate reduced reserve.

LH

Luteinising hormone. Essential for assessing ovulation and diagnosing PCOS.

Oestradiol (E2)

Primary oestrogen. Produced by developing follicles. Essential context for FSH interpretation.

What this module is

Four markers, a clear picture of fertility and ovarian reserve.

AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) is considered the best individual marker of ovarian reserve, as it directly reflects the number of available follicles - regardless of the cycle phase at collection.

Combined with FSH, LH and Oestradiol, it provides a complete view of ovarian and hormonal function relevant to those planning pregnancy, considering fertility preservation, or investigating cycle irregularities.

AMH can be collected at any phase of the cycle. FSH, LH and Oestradiol are ideally assessed between day 2 and 5 of the cycle.
